Do you have technical problems?

If you do not find an answer to your issue in the user manual, please contact the Prisma technical support.

When creating a support request you will first be asked to choose category, either Personal account or Organisation account.

The days before a deadline, we aim to answer the same day. At other time, the technical support usually responds within 1-2 working days.

For general and content-specific questions about your application (terms for applying, contents of the application etc.), please contact the persons listed in the text of the call.
