Do you have technical problems?

If you do not find an answer to your issue in the user manual, please submit an issue by filling out our contact form. Choose Person under the heading Type of user.

The days before a deadline, we aim to answer the same day. At other time, the technical support usually responds within 1-2 working days.

For general and content-specific questions about your application (terms for applying, contents of the application etc.), please contact the persons listed in the call text.

Do you have questions about the organisational account?

Any questions regarding the organisation account should also be directed through the contact form. Choose Organisation under the heading Type of user.

If your question concerns an application for a new organisation account, please note that it might take up to two weeks for the funders to consider and decide on the application.
