If you do not find an answer to your issue in the user manual, please contact the Prisma technical support. For general and content-specific questions about your application (terms for applying, contents of the application etc.), please contact the persons listed in the text of the call.

When creating a support request you will be asked to choose category, either Personal account or Organisation account.
