The heading contains information on the call for proposals and last due date for a draft or the registration number if the application is finally registered. There is also information on the application’s status (draft, registered, finally registered, rejected or approved).

The drop-down menu contains different choices depending on the status of the application.

The application draft is automatically saved in short intervals and every time you browse to a new page in the application form. To ensure that your data is saved, click on Save.
The menu contents differ depending on the call for proposals and on the funding body of the call. Most of the calls contain the commands ADMINISTRATING ORGANISATION, REVIEW PANELS, PARTICIPANTS, CV, PUBLICATIONS, and CHECK AND REGISTER. Apart from the mentioned commands, there are one or more pages where you provide information related to the specified call for proposals.
When you click on CHECK AND REGISTER a list of any missing mandatory information will show. We recommend you to check the list regularly when you work with the application draft. You cannot register an application if mandatory information is missing.
Only the main applicant can create and register the application.

Calls of proposals on your Prisma account
The application is saved as a draft. The draft opens automatically if your browser allows pop-up windows. If the call for proposal allows participants, we reccomend you to invite participant researchers and administrators as soon as possible.
View your application drafts on the tab MY PROFILE
You cannot register your application as long as invited researchers or administrators have not answered the invitation. *We reccomend you to invite participating researchers and administrators as soon as possible.
We recommend you to frequently check the list of any mandatory information missing in CHECK AND REGISTER.
View your application on the tab MY PROFILE in Drafts. You can also view your draft on the tab APPLICATIONS AND GRANTS, select Applications in the menu on the left hand side.

Enter basic information of the project.
Select the administrating organisation if applicable.
Select the review panel, if applicable.
Invite participating researchers and administrators, if the call for proposals admits.
Add your CV from your uploaded files on your personal profile in Prisma. If there are participating researchers on the project, their added CVs are listed here. You can also remind participating researchers to add their CVs on this page.
Add your publications of greatest importance from your uploaded files on your personal profile. If there are participating researchers on the project, their added publications are listed here. You can also remind participating researchers to add their publications on this page.
We recommend you to check the list frequently throughout your work with the application draft. You cannot register an application if mandatory information is missing. Only the main applicant can register the application.
You can edit your draft until the due date of the call for proposals. It is possible to unregister your application and edit information if you register your application before the due date. If you do unregister your application, you must register the application again.
When the due date of the call for proposal has passed, the status of the application becomes “Finally registered”. The application is distributed to the funding body and receives a registration number. You can no longer edit the application after the final registration.
If the call for proposals does not have a fixed deadline, the application is finally registered as soon as it is registered. You can no longer edit the application.

Administrating organisation for your application, the administrating organisation must sign your application
An administration organisation that is not approved by the funding body will not appear in the drop-down list. The administrating organisation must contact the funding body and apply for an account in Prisma before it will be listed.

Review panels for your application
You must select at least one Review panel for your application.
View the PDF in the web browser or download the application, in PDF, to your computer
“Show application (PDF)” includes all attachments to your application and takes some time to generate.
You can also open your draft on the tab MY PROFILE in Drafts.
