If you are a reporting officer in Prisma, you provide information and register the financial report. The project leader must review and approve the financial report before it is submitted to the funding body. You will receive an e-mail when the funding body has registered the financial report.
The scientific report is submitted by the project leader.

Your report tasks show when you log in to your Prisma account
All the users who are responsible for reporting in Prisma, can perform the report tasks.
If you are a reporting officer, you will receive an e-mail when the reporting period starts.
You can edit the financial report as long as you have not registered it.
Register the financial report when you have entered mandatory information
If mandatory information is missing, you cannot register the financial report.
Follow the instructions 1 - 4 in Write a financial report.
When you register the task, it disappears from the list of reporting tasks, and the project leader receives an e-mail and a message in Prisma.
