Why can't I import all my publications?

Since Forte, Formas and the Swedish Research Council were not satisfied with the quality of the import function the collaboration with the search engine was abolished. You hence need to insert your publications manually.

Read the text of the call carefully. Since Formas and Forte only allow for a limited number of publications, do not add more publications to your profile than you are planning to add to the application. Some calls only allow for a list of publications to be added as a pdf-file in which case you do not need to add any publications to My profile. 

Why is there is no field for publishing date?

Choose Published under the heading Status and the field for publishing date will open.
