2. Report conflicts of interest and/or competence

Once you have access to the applications in a review panel in Prisma, you need to report conflict of interest on all the applications in the panel. In some panels, you also need to report competence to facilitate the assignment of review tasks. The assignment of review tasks can not be made until reporting of conflicts of interest and/or competence has been completed.

When reviewing project outlines, you need to report conflicts of interest in both steps of the review process, both for the project outline and the full application in step 2.

Report conflicts of interest

  1. Start by reading and approving the conflict of interest guidelines. They are always available during the review process, even after you have approved them.
  2. Report conflicts of interest in the table through the drop down-menus on each row, one per application, or use the button Details to get a more detailed summary of the application.
  3. Submit you conflict of interest-reporting once you have made a selection on all applications, based on both the project leader and the participating researchers.

Contact the research officer for your panel if you need an extension of the reporting perioud. You haven't read and accepted the conflict of interest rules.
