Reviewer

On this page you can find information on how to use the review functions in Prisma in three steps. The specific review process can differ between calls and funders, but the functionality in Prisma is similar.

In some calls the funder has decided to use a two-step process for the applications. In the first step, the project outline, the review process aims to decide which applications proceed to the second step and a full application. For this a prioritisation-functionality is used. In step two the full applications are reviewed.

Roles in the review process

In the review process you can be either a reviewer with tasks as a reviewer or rapporteur, or a chair or a vice chair. Depending on your role, different functionality is available to you in Prisma.

You can also have the role of external reviewer, in which case you will have limited access to the functionality in the review panel. If you already have an account in Prisma you can see invitations and tasks as an external reviewer once you have logged in to your personal account. You do not report conflicts of interest in Prisma and you cannot access the documents in the review panel.
