What happens when a financial report is being supplemented?
If you decline the report and request a supplementation your comments will be sent to all the finance officers responsible for the financial reporting at your administrating organisation.
Once the administrating organisation has made changes to report, you will be given the task to once again evaluate the report for approval.
If the funder requests a supplementation of the report, that request is sent to you and the responsible financial officer at the administrating organisation.
The responsible financial officer makes the supplementation and registers the report. You evaluate and approve the report, it is then sent to the funder for approval.
If the administrating organisation requests a supplementation of a report that has previously been sent to the funder, the funder will open the report for supplementation. You will be notified about this through an e-mail.
In this case, the administrating organisation will supplement the data concerning the current or previous years. You will evaluate and approve the supplemented report before it is once again sent to the funder.
