How do we change both the project leader and administrating organisation for our project?
Submit the request "Change project leader and administrating organisation" from the page Applications and grants. In this case it is possible to make two requests simultaneously to shorten handling times in cases where both the project leader and administrating organisation needs to be changed.
The request will be sent to the new project leader, and to both the present and desired administrating organisations for approval. Once they have approved the request it is sent to the funder for approval. Before any money is distributed to the new administrating organisation, financial reporting is usually required.
