What rights are given to a participating administrator in the application?
A participating administrator has access to the application draft before it is finally registered. This means that the administrator can only help with the application content, but cannot register the application. Nor does the administrator have access to the application once it is registered and is being processed by the funder. For that reason they do not have immediate access to help with reporting for the grant. However they can be invited again to participate in the reporting if necessary.
