What do I need to do if I have been invited as a participant on an application?

• The invitation to participate on an application will be sent to you by e-mail. Click the link in the e-mail message to accept or decline the invitation.
• If you accept the invitation but do not have an account in Prisma, a minimal account is created that you need to supplement before you can use it.

Participating researcher

• If a CV and/or publications are requested in the call for applications, you must add the necessary information from your profile to the application. If you do not add mandatory information to the application, it cannot be registered by the project leader.
• If you have editing rights to the application, you will have the opportunity to edit the application form (except CV/publication information other than your own). However you are not able to register the application.

Participating administrator

• Your participation is not a part of the application and you are not listed in the application as a participant. For that reason, you are not able or required to add information from your CV or Publications.
• You can help the project leader by editing the application content (aside from CV and publication information), but you are not able to register the application.
