What do I do if I receive an invitation to create a personal account?
If you accept an invitation to participate on an application or an organisation account, a personal account with basic information is created for you. You will receive an e-mail with an activation link and information on how to log in.
- Click the activation link and use the attached information to login to Prisma.
- Fill out all the mandatory information to complete your account.
- Click the button Register.
- Use the login-information from the e-mail to login again once the account is complete.
Once your account is complete you can change your password. It is always recommended to change your password since the original password has been sent to you by e-mail.
