Where can I find my deleted drafts?
Deleted drafts can be found in Recently deleted drafts for 30 days before being deleted permanently. Once they are permanently deleted, it is not possible to restore them.

Every call for proposals have their own application form. Below we describe some of the information which is commonly requested in the application.
Choose the relevant call for proposals in the list on the page Calls for proposals. As soon as you have saved a Swedish and English title for your project, the draft is created. The person creating the draft becomes the project leader for the application. Note that you cannot change the project leader later, so the right person must create the draft. You can edit the application draft up until the deadline for the call.

You can add information about interruptions in research, for instance for parental leave, through My profile once you have logged into Prisma. Click Professional history in the left-hand menu. Click on Interruptions in research in submenu. Click Add to add your information. Please do not add any sensitive information in the description as that kind of detailed information will not be requested by the funder in your application.
If you make changes in your merits in My profile , these entries will not be updated in your applicaiton if you transferred them before making the changes. If you want these changes in your applicaiton, you need to: Remove the updated entries from the application. Add the entries to the application again and check that the changes are now visible in the application.
Participating researchers that have accepted your invitation to participate on the application must add their own CV to the application form. You can find their CV in the application form on the page CV .
When you check the box Present while adding or editing an employment in My profile , this employer is shown as your current employer on the first page of your application PDF. If you have more than one present employer, the employer for the most recent post (latest start date) is shown on the first page of the application.
Some calls for proposals allow you to add other researchers as participants in your application. In some cases, it is also mandatory for them to add some information about themselves, for instance information from their CV or their publication list. It is very important that you read the instructions for the call carefully and invite participating researchers as soon as possible to give them time to add their information.
When you invite a participating researcher:
You can only give editing rights to researchers that have accepted your invitation to participate on the application. Even if a researcher does not have editing rights, they can always edit their own information under CV and Publications. Participating researchers that have editing rights Are able to: Edit the application draft form Are NOT able to: edit the project leader/main applicant's CV or publications edit other participants' CV or publications register the application
A participating administrator has access to the application draft before it is finally registered. This means that the administrator can only help with the application content, but cannot register the application. Nor does the administrator have access to the application once it is registered and is being processed by the funder. For that reason they do not have immediate access to help with reporting for the grant. However they can be invited again to participate in the reporting if necessary.
The table Participating researchers displays the researchers you have invited to participate on your application. In the Status column you can see whether they have accepted, declined or not yet responsed to your invitation.
If your application has pending invitations when you wish to register your applicaiton, you need to remove these invitations before registering. If you have pending invitations at the end of the application period, you will be unable to register your application. To remove the invitations you: Navigate to your application draft. Click on Participants . Tick the box for the participant(s) that you wish to remove. Click on Remove . Click on OK to verify that you wish to remove them from your application. An e-mail will be sent to the participants alerting them to the fact that they have been removed from the application.
The invitation to participate on an application will be sent to you by e-mail. Click the link in the e-mail message to accept or decline the invitation. If you accept the invitation but do not have an account in Prisma, a minimal account is created that you need to supplement before you can use it. Participating researcher If a CV and/or publications are requested in the call for applications, you must add the necessary information from your profile to the application. If you do not add mandatory information to the application, it cannot be registered by the project leader. If you have editing rights to the application, you will have the opportunity to edit the application form (except CV/publication information other than your own). However you are not able to register the application. Participating administrator Your participation is not a part of the application and you are not listed in the application as a participant. For that reason, you are not able or required to add information from your CV or Publications. You can help the project leader by editing the application content (aside from CV and publication information), but you are not able to register the application.
Participating researchers that have accepted your invitation to participate on the application must add their own CV to the application form. You can find their CV in the application form on the page CV .
You must choose an administrating organisation which will receive and administer your grant if your application is granted. Once you have selected an organisation you must also select a project site within that organisation.
What project sites that are available, and at what level (institution/faculty), is decided by your administrating organisation and depends on how they have decided to structure their organisation account in Prisma. Contact the person responsible for the account at your organisation if you are unsure what project site you should use for your application.
This could be because the administrating organisation is not approved to administrate the relevant grants that you are applying for in Prisma. Either for the funder in general or specifically for the call for proposals where you are applying. If this is the case, the administrating organisation needs to contact the funder and request an approval.
Some calls for proposals lets you suggest up to three review panels where you would like your application to be reviewed.
In many cases you need to present the dedicated time for this project, in a percentage of full time, for the different project members. You also add salary costs in a percentage of full time. Prisma will automatically summarise the different costs in your budget, and you can often add a description in a field where you motivate your budget.
How to fill out and present your budget is explained in the instructions for the specific call.
When you navigate to the registration page in the application, a summary will be shown of the mandatory information that has not yet been added (if any). You must fill out all the mandatory fields in order to register the application. If there are pending invitations to participating researchers or administrators, you cannot register your application until this is resolved, either by them accepting the invitation or by you removing them from the application.
An application with the status "Registered": If you register your application, it will have the status registered until the application deadline. You automatically sign the application as the applicant when it is registered. If your application belongs to a continuous call, the application will be finally registered as soon as you register it.
An application with the status "Finally registered": The application becomes finally registered once the application deadline has passed, and is then given a registration number. It is shown on the administrating organisation's account and they have a set number of days to sign it.
Once your application has been registered, you can find it under Applications and grants in the main menu, and the option Applications in the left-hand menu. In that list you can also see whether your application has the status "Registered" or "Finally registered". If there is a registration number, the application has been finally registered and registered by the funder.
Until the deadline for the call you can deregister and supplement applications in most cases. The exception is continuous calls where the application is finally registered and submitted to the funder as soon as you register it. You can de-register a registered application up until the deadline, or until it reaches status "Finally registered". When an application is deregistered, it becomes a draft and you can make changes and supplement it. If you have deregistered the application, you need to register it again before the application deadline, otherwise the application will not be submitted to the funder.
Information that you have added to My profile needs to be transferred in the application form in order to be included in your application. If there is CV-information that is mandatory in the application, you will not be able to register it before you have transferred the necessary information. If you have added participating researchers to your application, they might also need to transfer information from their profiles to the application. You cannot register the application until all mandatory information for the project leader and participating researchers' have been transferred.
